About Sivonna

Sivonna is a UK-based ribbon studio that designs textured craft ribbons for florists, event stylists, gift wrappers, and makers who care about material quality as much as color. We don't carry mass-produced basics — every ribbon in our range is curated for its texture, drape, and tonal harmony within its collection.

Our ribbons are organized by color palette — Earth Tone, Forest Tone, Violet Tone, Monochrome, and Sheer Organza — so that any combination you choose within a collection works together without effort. We believe that wrapping, tying, and finishing deserve the same attention as the gift or arrangement inside.

How to Order

• Browse: Explore our ribbon collections by color palette or texture. Each product page includes material details, width, roll length, and styling suggestions.
• Select: Choose your preferred variant (color or texture) from the product page and add to cart. Each ribbon is sold individually per roll.
• Checkout: Complete your order through our secure checkout. You will receive a confirmation email immediately and a tracking notification once dispatched.

Our Collections

Each collection is built as a tonal system — multiple textures united by a single color palette, designed to mix freely.

• Velvet Sheer Collection: Plush velvet center with sheer organza edges. 9 colors from Ivory to Burgundy. Width: 5cm.
• Earth Tone Collection: Leopard, woodgrain, leather, crinkle, and woven textures in warm browns and golds. 11 styles.
• Forest Tone Collection: Flocked rose, sequin leopard, stone texture, and eyelash organza in olive, sage, and emerald. 10 styles.
• Violet Tone Collection: Metallic shimmer, butterfly organza, velvet pile, and wave-texture sheer in lavender to plum. 10 styles.
• Monochrome Collection: Polka dot, velvet, crinkle, and satin in black, white, and cream. 10 styles.
• Silver Thread Organza: Sheer organza with horizontal metallic silver filaments and wired edge. 5 colors.

Materials & Care

• Velvet Ribbon: Soft pile with sheer edges. Spot clean only. Avoid direct ironing — use a pressing cloth on low heat if needed.
• Sheer Organza: Lightweight and translucent. Gently steam to remove storage creases. Metallic thread varieties are heat-sensitive — do not iron directly.
• Textured & Embossed Ribbons: Faux-suede, leather grain, crinkle, and flocked surfaces hold their texture permanently. Store rolled, not folded.
• Wired Edge Ribbons: Internal wire holds shape through bows and draping. Reshape by hand. Avoid repeated bending at the same point.

All ribbons are made from polyester, organza, or blended synthetic fibres and are not intended for machine washing.

Shipping & Delivery

All orders are shipped from the UK. Free worldwide shipping on every order.

• Processing: Orders are packed and dispatched within 2–4 business days.
• UK Delivery: 3–5 business days via Royal Mail or equivalent.
• International Delivery: 7–14 business days depending on destination.
• Tracking: All shipments include tracking. You will receive a tracking email once your order leaves our studio.

Ribbons are packed rolled — never folded — to preserve texture and prevent creasing during transit.

Return Policy

Not the right texture or color? We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

• How to Return: Contact us at support@sivonna.com with your order number to initiate a return.
• Condition: Ribbons must be returned uncut, unused, and in original packaging.
• Non-Returnable: Ribbons that have been cut, used, washed, or altered in any way cannot be returned.
• Refund: Once we receive and inspect your return, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Wholesale & Bulk Orders

We work with florists, wedding planners, event designers, and craft retailers. Bulk pricing is available for orders of 20 rolls or more per style.

• How to Inquire: Email support@sivonna.com with your business name, desired styles, quantities, and shipping address.
• Response Time: We respond to wholesale inquiries within 48 hours with a custom quote.
• Minimum Order: 20 rolls per style. Mixed collections welcome.
