How to Acquire a Sivonna Piece?
To fully experience our digital curation and maintain a record of your collection, we recommend creating a Sivonna Account.
- Explore & Discover: Browse our curated collections via the navigation menu or use the search function to find specific works.
- Detailed Insights: Each piece is presented with comprehensive information, including material composition, precise sizing, and the artistic narrative behind the design. Use the zoom feature to observe the craftsmanship in detail.
- Acquisition: Select your desired specifications and add the piece to your Shopping Bag. Upon checkout, you will receive a confirmation email. A subsequent notification with tracking details will be sent once the piece is dispatched.
Can I Modify or Cancel My Order?
As long as your order is not already with our despatch team, we should still be able to cancel it for you. Please contact our curatorial team within 24 hours of purchase to request a cancellation.
Note: Once an order has been fulfilled or shipped, it cannot be modified. You are welcome to initiate a return upon receipt, in accordance with our Return Policy.

Packaging & Sustainability Commitment
Every Sivonna creation is hand-packed at our studio and delivered in a 100% recyclable branded gift box.
- Protection: Jewelry is housed in eco-friendly plant-fiber pouches or protected by recycled foam to ensure the integrity of the piece during transit.
- Eco-conscious Materials: We utilize compostable starch-based packaging peanuts (which dissolve in water) and recyclable bubble wrap. Our outer packaging and shipping labels are entirely recyclable.
Shipping & Origin
All orders are shipped from the UK.
- Ready-to-ship: Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days.
- Pre-order: For pieces marked as Pre-order, please refer to the specific estimated shipping date provided on the product page.
30-Day Return Policy
Customer satisfaction is always our top priority, however if you are not satisfied with your order, you may request a return or exchange with 30 days of your delivery date.
- Initiating a Return: Visit our Returns Portal to begin the process.
- Condition: Pieces must be returned in their original, unworn condition with all original packaging intact.
Are the Pieces Customizable?
Sivonna's creations are presented as “Ready-to-wear Art Pieces.” We believe in the integrity of the design as it was originally envisioned. Every curve, material choice, and finish is a deliberate part of the artistic narrative. To preserve the purity of the artist’s intent and our aesthetic standards, we do not offer modifications or bespoke services. Each piece is a complete and final expression of the Modern Heritage Collective.
Do You Have a Physical Gallery?
Currently, we operate exclusively through our digital flagship. For collectors located in or visiting the UK, we offer private viewings at our London Showroom by appointment only.
