Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Ribbons are carefully inspected and packed rolled — never folded — to preserve texture and prevent creasing during transit. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Packaging
Every ribbon roll is packed individually to prevent tangling and texture damage. Rolls are shipped in protective packaging to ensure they arrive in the same condition they left our studio. For bulk and wholesale orders, ribbons are grouped by style and secured for safe transit.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package appears lost or is significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please email us at support@sivonna.com with your order number. We will work with the shipping carrier to locate your package or arrange a replacement shipment.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete when placing your order. Sivonna is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to update the address before dispatch.
