Products & Accuracy

We make every effort to display our ribbons as accurately as possible, including color, texture, and width. However, actual colors and surface details may vary slightly due to differences in screen settings, photography, and the natural characteristics of materials such as velvet, organza, and embossed fabrics. Sivonna reserves the right to limit quantities, discontinue any product, or modify pricing without prior notice.

Orders & Payment

  • All prices are listed in the currency displayed on our website.
  • Each ribbon is sold individually per roll unless otherwise stated on the product page.
  • Payment is processed securely at the time of purchase. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Union Pay, JCB, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and ShopPay.
  • We reserve the right to cancel any order that we suspect to be fraudulent or unauthorized.

Shipping & Delivery

  • All orders are shipped from the UK with free worldwide shipping.
  • Orders are processed within 2–4 business days. UK delivery: 3–5 business days. International delivery: 7–14 business days.
  • All shipments include tracking. You will receive a tracking notification once your order is dispatched.
  • Ribbons are packed rolled — never folded — to preserve texture during transit.
  • Sivonna is not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or carrier issues beyond our control.

Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Ribbons must be returned in their original, uncut, unused condition with all packaging intact. Ribbons that have been cut, used, washed, or altered are not eligible for return. Refunds are processed to the original payment method. For full details, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy.

Customer Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact information when placing an order.
  • Sivonna is not liable for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes imposed by their country on international orders.
  • Please review your selected ribbon variant (color, texture, style) carefully before completing checkout, as ribbons are available in multiple options.

Our Responsibilities

  • We are committed to delivering high-quality ribbons as described and photographed on our website.
  • All ribbons are inspected before dispatch to ensure they meet our quality standards.
  • If a ribbon arrives defective or damaged — including crushed textures, broken wired edges, or incorrect variants — we will provide a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
  • We will respond to all customer inquiries within 1–2 business days.

Wholesale Orders

Bulk pricing is available for orders of 20 rolls or more per style. Wholesale orders are subject to a separate quotation and may have different lead times. Please contact support@sivonna.com for wholesale inquiries. Wholesale orders are final sale and not eligible for return unless defective.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Sivonna website — including text, images, product names, collection names, logos, and graphics — is the property of Sivonna and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

Sivonna shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.
