The Ribbon
A ribbon that finishes itself. This 1-inch sheer ribbon carries a delicate scalloped edge stitched in a contrasting thread — a tiny, rhythmic wave that runs along both sides, turning a simple organza strip into something that looks like it was trimmed by hand with pinking shears and then embroidered by someone who had all afternoon. The base fabric is translucent, gauze-light, the kind of sheer that lets color show through rather than covering it. The scallop stitch adds just enough structure to keep the edge from fraying and just enough decoration to make the ribbon feel finished without being fussy. Seven colors, each one drawn from the palette of a garden at the moment the light begins to soften. Sold individually per roll.

The Palette
We started with the question every sheer ribbon raises: how do you finish the edge of something transparent? Heat-cutting leaves a hard, plastic line. Folding doubles the fabric and kills the lightness. We chose scallop stitching because it solves the problem beautifully — it prevents fraying, adds visual rhythm, and introduces a second color in the smallest possible dose. The palette was built to live on a spring or summer table: blush beside lavender, sage beside butter, dusty blue beside ivory. They are garden-party colors, wedding-morning colors, the colors of things wrapped in tissue paper and given to people you want to impress gently. The floral print variant exists because sometimes a ribbon collection needs one member that breaks the rules — a pattern among solids, a whisper of botanical illustration on an otherwise clean canvas. These ribbons are sheer by design: they are meant to let the surface underneath show through, to add color as a wash rather than a coat, and to make whatever they are tied around look as though it was always meant to be tied.

Color Variation
Slight differences from product photos are normal. Each item is produced in small batches, and natural variations in dye absorption, texture, and sheen may occur — these are characteristics of the material, not defects.
Ribbon Care by Type
- Velvet, Satin & Woven Ribbons:Our ribbons are designed to be kept, reused, and cherished for years. If cleaning is needed, gently hand-wash in cold water with a mild, pH-neutral soap. Avoid wringing or twisting — press out excess water with a clean towel. Lay flat or hang to air dry away from direct sunlight to preserve color. For a smooth finish, use a medium-heat iron or steamer. Pro tip: a hair straightener works perfectly for quick touch-ups between uses.
- Sheer, Organza & Metallic Thread Ribbons:These ribbons are delicate and require extra care. Spot clean only — hand washing may alter their fine, translucent structure. To remove creases, lightly spritz with water and steam on low heat when nearly dry. Do not iron metallic thread ribbons directly — use a pressing cloth to protect the filaments.
- Crinkle, Embossed & Flocked Ribbons:These textures are permanent by design. Do not wash or steam — the surface treatment may be altered. Gently brush off dust with a soft, dry cloth. If slightly misshapen from storage, reshape by hand. A cool-air hairdryer can help restore form without damaging the texture.
Artificial Flower Care
- Materials & Sensitivity:Our artificial flowers are crafted with PC, EVA, fabric, and adhesive components. If you have material sensitivities, avoid prolonged skin contact. For decorative use only — not real flowers.
- How to Clean:If dusty or misshapen, gently restore with a soft brush, dry cloth, or cool-air hairdryer. Do not use water — moisture may damage the petals, adhesive, or structural components.
- Safety:Delicate components — handle with care. Keep out of reach of children and pets. Keep away from open flames and heat sources.
